NutraGlide Reviewed – Is It an Effective Joint Health Supplement?

Many people have been raving about the benefits of the latest joint health product to hit the market, NutraGlide. NutraGlide has become one of the most popular joint supplements in a very short period of time. Because of the increasing popularity of this product, I decided to delve a little deeper and see exactly what the hype is all about. Remedic Health touts NutraGlide as a “Multi-Action Formula that promotes Joint Health and Comfort in 5 Ways!” We looked into exactly what this multi-action formula consists of and made some promising discoveries.
NutraGlide contains some common ingredients that are used in many of today’s joint supplements. NutraGlide contains both Glucosamine and Chondroitin. There have been double-blind placebo controlled studies that have shown both of these ingredients benefit an individual that suffers from joint problems including osteoarthritis. There have also been studies comparing the benefits of these ingredients to standard medications. These studies showed similar benefits as well. What makes NutraGlide even more promising is it contains a total of 1,500mg of Glucosamine and 1,200mg of Chondroitin which is the same amounts used in the majority of studies. Many products claim to contain these ingredients but not at beneficial quantities.
NutraGlide also contains the patented BioCell Type II Collagenฎ ingredient. This ingredient consists of a matrix of naturally occurring elements that are beneficial to joint health. A recent clinical study published in The FASEB confirmed the benefits of BioCell Type II Collagenฎ. This ingredient “is safe and effective in relieving pain and stiffness from osteoarthritis and encourages overall joint health in adults” according to a BioCell press released based on this study. BioCell Type II Collagenฎ contains 70% Collagen II, 20% Chondroitin Sulfate, and 10% Hyaluronic Acid. Remedic Health doesn’t cut any corners and put a hefty 1,000mg of this patented ingredient in NutraGlide.
After looking even deeper into the supplement facts panel of NutraGlide, another high end ingredient was found in NutraGlide. 5-Loxinฎ is a patent-pending ingredient with very promising research behind it. 5-Loxinฎ is a potent extract of the Boswellia plant which in recent studies has shown its benefits in promoting joint comfort. Researchers discovered that the most beneficial Boswellic compound is AKBA. While most Boswellia extracts provide at most 3% AKBA, 5-Loxinฎ packs a potent punch providing a minimum of 30% AKBA. New studies show that 5-Loxinฎ helps inhibit the action of enzymes that breaks down cartilage.
Rounding out this multi-action formula is Methylsulfonyl Methane, better known as MSM. Studies have also been conducted on this ingredient on its own as well as in conjunction with glucosamine. Benefits were shown in both types of studies.
Initially one might believe NutraGlide is another ordinary joint health product. Upon taking a closer look at the make up of this product, it appears Remedic Health has delivered on its promise to produce only the highest quality products. No other joint health supplement contains this combination of ingredients. The popularity of this product seems to be justified based on this quality formulation.
